Brand Republic

CRT Digital designed a custom, secure B2B Customer and Admin Portal designed to streamline order placement, user management, and financial reporting while integrating directly with Brand Republic's Sage account. The solution bridges automated digital ordering with flexible offline billing and credit management, giving both clients and account managers complete control over the procurement lifecycle.

The Customer Portal delivers a streamlined, self-service digital e-commerce experience tailored for B2B procurement. Clients can explore the online catalog, view real-time product availability, and place orders directly through the platform while maintaining traditional offline billing procedures. For out-of-stock items, an automated back-in-stock notification system allows users to opt into instant email alerts when inventory replenishes. Onboarding and security are strictly controlled through admin-issued email invitations and mandatory One-Time Password (OTP) verification for both account setup and every subsequent login. Within the portal, clients can track order histories, view profile details, access order invoices, track their stock deals and manage team access by assigning specific role-based permissions to internal users.

The Admin Portal equips internal management and account teams with total control over operations, customer oversight, and Sage integration. Customer accounts—configured with either 7-day or 30-day credit terms—and product catalogs automatically synchronize with Sage, staging new inventory as drafts until approved and activated by an admin. Admin users can create customer profiles, place orders on behalf of clients with automated confirmation emails, and manage order lifecycles across custom status workflows. To enforce credit compliance, admins can lock overdue customer accounts, which displays a customized notification upon client login. Comprehensive financial reporting provides account-level insights into monthly spend totals, popular products, and overall ordering trends, while granular admin controls allow teams to assign precise internal management permissions.
